Every CoyoteShop product is made to order. Here's how shipping works.
Production time
Most items are produced in 3–7 business days after you place your order. Made-to-order items (t-shirts, mugs, totes, stickers, posters) take time to print and quality-check before they ship. We do not stock pre-made inventory.
Shipping time
- United States: 3–5 business days standard shipping
- Canada, UK, EU: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–30 business days
Total time from order to door: typically 7–12 business days in the US, longer internationally.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Some carriers take 24–48 hours to activate tracking.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination and items in your cart.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to sender, we can re-ship it but you will be responsible for the second shipping charge.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the buyer's responsibility and not included in our checkout pricing.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows your package hasn't moved for 7+ business days, or it's past the expected delivery window, contact us. See our Refund Policy for replacement handling.
